Overview

The OSP Global Sensitivity package (ospsuite.globalsensitivity) facilitates the implementation of one-at-a-time (OAT) and global sensitivity analyses (GSA) of physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) models built in the Open Systems Pharmacology Suite. The package evaluates the sensitivity of user-selected pharmacokinetic (PK) parameters, such as the maximal concentration (Cmax) and the area under the curve (AUC), for user-selected model output time profiles, with respect to user-selected model input parameters.
